We respond to all support emails within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday, IST). For urgent account-access issues, please include your registered email or phone number in the message so we can find your account quickly.
Common questions
I didn't receive the OTP on my phone.
Check that your phone number is entered with the correct country code (e.g. +91 for India) and that you have signal. OTPs are delivered within seconds in most cases; if it does not arrive within a minute, tap Resend. If you continue to face issues, switch to email login or write to us.
I forgot my password.
On the login screen, choose Login with Email and tap Forgot Password. We will send a reset link to your registered email. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder, or email us and we will help.
How do I change my goal, grade, or board?
Open Profile → Edit Profile. You can update your target exam (e.g. JEE, NEET), grade, and board at any time. Your progress data is preserved across changes.
The video lectures are not playing.
Make sure you are on a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or a 4G/5G mobile network) and that the app is updated to the latest version on the Play Store or App Store. If a specific video keeps failing, please email us the lecture name and we will look into it.
A question or answer seems incorrect.
We take content accuracy seriously. If you believe a question or answer is wrong, email us with a screenshot and the question ID (visible in the top corner of the question screen). Our content team reviews every report within 48 hours.
I want to delete my account.
You can request account deletion at any time from najahstudy.in/account-deletion, or by emailing us. We process deletion requests within 7 days and complete the permanent purge within 30 days.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
Email us with the details. For bugs, please include the steps to reproduce, the device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17), and a screenshot or screen recording if possible. We read every email and reply.
